Each Tacky Floor Mat contains 30 sheets of high-quality polyethylene with a sticky adhesive top coat. As the surface becomes contaminated, simply peel away the sheet to reveal a clean, adhesive-free layer underneath. The mat is secured to the floor with an adhesive backing to prevent movement once positioned. Our Tacky Traxx™ Mats have been the preferred choice for over two decades, renowned for their superior quality and performance. We offer a wide range of sticky floor mats in various sizes, from 18" x 36" to extra-large 36" x 60" mats for larger areas. Each mat comes with 30 individually numbered peel-off sheets and is available in white, blue, and grey. Our mats are conveniently packaged with 4 mats per case, ensuring you have an ample supply on hand.

How to Use Your Cleanroom Sticky Mat:

1. Choose a suitable location for the mat, ensuring it's the last step before entering the clean area.
2. Clean the floor surface for better adhesion or use a tacky floor mat frame.
3. Identify the back of the mat by locating the numbered corners. The side with the numbers facing upward should be the top of the mat.
4. Remove the film on the back of the mat to reveal the adhesive layer.
5. Securely position the mat on the floor, then remove the top layer of film to expose the tacky surface. The mat is now ready for use.
6. Once the top layer is contaminated and no longer tacky, peel away the sheet from the numbered corner tab to reveal the next clean sheet.
